The Space Between and PRANAhouse Workshop Schedule

The Space Between is Amy Keevy’s latest body of work, including watercolour and ink paintings created between 2017 and 2019. Her artworks delve into the intimate moments of being caught in the act of being oneself. 

“For me painting is like poetry. It is a form of meditation that brings me closer to myself. It is in these quiet moments where paint meets paper that I feel most alive.”


PRANAhouse is a collaborative urban sanctuary offering pilates, yoga, Myofascial release and realignment, meditation, art classes and a variety of workshops in the healing arts.

Learning to Listen to your Body (a three part series) by Nikita Stallbom



Listen to your body. But how? What does it mean to be in tune? Yin yoga creates a space for listening and by doing so, tension from habitual movement patterns, the mind and emotions are brought into focus. I believe that yin is the most tangible way of practising mindfulness and opening up your body for communication. Anchored by the sensation in your body the practice allows you to feel out and listen to exactly what it is communicating to you in the moment. When we take the time to listen, the body speaks. When we listen to what it’s saying we create the awareness for evolvement and healing.  It is by listening to the deepest part of ourselves that things fall into place. 

Join us for evenings of soft movement, learning and reflection. Inside you are the tools for self-connection. 

Nikita is a Certified Health Coach, Yin Yoga teacher and the founder of Intention Chocolates. She believes that the key to being well is to create a partnership with the body you are in.

Bodhi Breathwork: Weekly Conscious Breathwork Sessions


From 12th September 2019, Jean from Bodhi Breathwork will be doing weekly sessions every Thursday evening from 6-8pm. 

Since Conscious Breathwork can be a process of uncovering layers around the psyche, you might feel that a follow-up session is just what you need for further integration into your daily life.



You can book for 1,2 or 4 sessions. If you book for 2 or 4 sessions, it can be for any upcoming Thursday evening. This will be an ongoing event for 2020. 

1 session = R250 pp

4 sessions = R800pp

Breath and Body Mapping Watercolour: A Workshop with Amy Keevy


An afternoon of breath and body watercolour exploration. Liz from Eat Play Love Retreat will be joining us to guide us through body and breath meditation, after which you’ll be encouraged to let go creatively, finding freedom and expression in following your brush while we play with paint.
