SHIPPING

Firstly if you are purchasing one of my fine art prints, thank you. I try my hardest to ship out orders within 10 working days after receiving your order.

Shipping with in South Africa costs R65. All parcels are sent with Dawn Wing couriers and take approximately 3 to 4 working days. Please provide me with your physical address as Dawn Wing will not ship to a PO Box.

If you are based in Cape Town you are also welcome to contact me if you would like to arrange collection of your print.

I make use of the services of the South African Post Office to send international orders. All items are sent via registered airmail and include a tracking number. This service takes approximately two to three weeks and will be delivered to your local post office. The cost for international shipping is R120 per parcel. All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.

CARING FOR YOUR ART

Your fine art print is an investment and a work of art. By properly caring for your print, you will protect your investment and be able to enjoy it for many more years. Here are some simple tips for preserving and caring:

Prints are fragile. Natural oil on our fingers (even clean ones) will create marks on the print that cannot be reversed, so avoid taking your print out of the protective acetate.  Prints also dent easily when handled, especially larger size prints.  Handle your print as little as possible, and with care.

The best way to protect your print is to have it framed as soon as possible. Select archival materials and UV glass or plexi for the best longevity.

If you choose to store your print for some time before framing, it’s best to keep it in a cool, dry environment where the temperature and humidity do not fluctuate.  Make sure to keep your print protected in archival, acid free materials.  The acetate that your print arrives in is archival, however, the packing materials are not.

Hang your art away from direct sunlight, as this will age your print.
